Many of you are excited about the booth concept expressed in the Sponsorship Brochure.

We want to accommodate our sponsors who want to participate with a booth. If you have any questions regarding booth participation, please contact Nika Parker ndparker@pbsj.com or 850 258-7427.

7:15 a.m.-8:00 a.m.  Gates Open for Sponsors
                                 Enter the “Exit” Drive at HWY 388. 

8:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m.  Set up 8’ x 10’ area or 10’ x 10’ booth area.

                                 Respect the size of area that is extended to you.

8:45 a.m. Projected Time for Opening Gates and General Public to begin parking.

4:00 p.m. Booth Break Down.

Keep in mind we are utilizing a brand new airport in a display manner and conditions will not be what you may be accustomed to in a typical trade show.

You will be allowed to utilize the VIP parking passes if you are a paying sponsor. This will allow you to wheel your materials across the walkway. You will not be allowed to park autos near or at the terminal. 

Nika Parker will be contacting you regarding booth space.Many of you have outlined that you will be participating in the booth area.

**You will need to supply your own table and chairs along with any other materials you plan to distribute.

Some have asked if they can provide coupons or special offerings for attendees and that is acceptable, whatever will benefit you and the attendees of the events.

All events and activities are family friendly.
